6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: All balance additions and service purchases are final and non-refundable once processed.

Service Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds After Expiration: If you do not cancel your service before the expiration date, refunds will NOT be processed under any circumstances.
• Pre-Expiration Cancellation Only: Cancellation requests must be submitted before the service expiration date to be considered for any potential refund.
• Automatic Service Expiry: Services automatically expire after the purchased period, and no refunds are provided for unused portions.
• User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to monitor your service expiration dates and request cancellations in advance if needed.

Refund Limitations

• No refunds for services that have expired
• No refunds for unused balance or credits
• No refunds for technical issues that occur after service activation
• No refunds for user errors or account misuse
• No refunds for third-party platform restrictions or policy changes

Exception Cases

Refunds may only be considered (at our sole discretion) in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical failures on our end that prevent service delivery
• Duplicate payments made in error
• Service cancellation requested within 24 hours of initial purchase (before service activation)

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We do not store SMS content permanently
• Phone numbers are recycled after use

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the availability or reliability of the service
• Warranties that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted

In no event shall SMS OTPs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SMS OTPs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
